Basic training gets you licensed; this program gets you skilled - We take a Deep Dive into all 10 chapters of the provincial curriculum through all 10 workshops, transforming standard textbook theory into advanced Strategies. Our focus is to highlight strategies against force escalation, and effect a customer centered paradigm. Our full "Stay S.A.F.E" program is 20 hours, consisting of 10 workshops across the entire use of force spectrum. Participants are welcome to attend any individual workshop they prefer, but all 10 workshops must be completed to obtain a Stay S.A.F.E. Certification.
