Commanding Presence
Security is 90% presence. This workshop transforms the "warm body" guard into an active professional. Aligning with Chapter 1 of the provincial manual, we focus on the First Level of Force: Officer Presence. You will learn to engage with your environment, project confidence without aggression, and use "Active Engagement" techniques to develop yourself, enjoy the work that you do, deter crime and protect people.
