STAY S.A.F.E.
Strategies Against Force Escalation

STAY S.A.F.E. is our foundational de-escalation framework. It is heavily based on the Manitoba Security Guard Training Manual and the Criminal Code of Canada to ensure all tactics are recognized, justified, and safe.

✔️   Presence & Communication: Learn to use professional
deportment to take control of physical situations verbally.
✔️ Conflict Management: Advanced techniques to calm
situations before force becomes necessary.
✔️ Legal Accountability: Deep understanding of liability to protect
both the staff and the establishment.

The Active Security Training
Standard

Integrates the STAY S.A.F.E. de-escalation philosophy with the tactical B -LINE force management System. Using proven effective responses to reduce liability while managing real-world threats.

Specialized
Training Streams

We apply the Stay S.A.F.E and B-LINE framework across all ten chapters of the Manitoba Security Guard manual, including force options: Escort & Control, Self-Defence, and Critical Threat.

Security
Excellence

Whether you are a student looking for a competitive edge in the job market or an employer seeking pre-vetted, high-tier professionals, we set the benchmark for security excellence in Manitoba.

The B-LINE System
Responsible Use of Force

B-LINE is a Life Skill—a tactical roadmap for surviving in an increasingly hostile world. It is not a "martial art" focused on winning; it is a confrontation management system focused on survival. Students learn a small number of highly adaptable techniques that allow them to respond to any variation of attack. Training uses "Initial Response Conditioning" & "Stress Inoculation"  to ensure staff can perform under the pressure of real-world threats.

B - BREAK:
Recognize the conflict happening & prepare
L - LOOK: Assess threat options to escape or de-escalate.
I - INITIATE: Execute your force options with purpose.
N - NAVIGATE: Adjust your plan as the situation evolves.
E - End: Safely control the situation to it's conclusion
